Government plants spy device in Besigye's car.

Its now past one month since Uganda government took a strong descion to house arrest the Former Presidential candidate for Forum For Democaratic Change FDC. Today the court will be hearing to his case filed at the kasangati based court and we see what the magistrate has to say.   Meanwhile the police is still not allowing visitors at besigyes home unless they are VIPs.
