A PASS COULD BE SUED FOR HARASSING FLAVIA TUMUSIIME

Badi Music singer Alexander Bagonza aka A Pass could be sued for his continuous attempts to win the heart of NTV News Anchor Flavia Tumusiime on social media. A Pass shocked fans last Monday when he revealed via social media that he was in love with Flavia. The "Gulimululu" hit-maker has unceasingly gone ahead to post multiple love messages and dedicated his songs to her on top of sharing her pictures with various captions on different social media platforms. This has continued in spite of the radio host ignoring him and even telling friends that she is not comfortable with what the singer is doing. When approached for an insight on the matter, Barefoot Lawyers- Uganda, a Ugandan online legal aid firm informed Fabtechnoid that A Pass' posts could to an extent be criminal according to Section 24 (2) (a) of the Computer Misuse Act. They further explained that on the civil front, if as Flavia said, she's a brand, and these posts serve to damage her reputation, there could be an element of Defamation, although this would depend on a number of factors. Flavia Tumusiime has however remained dead silent about the matter even after the singer used various techniques to pour out his love to her.
